Online Application
Welcome to Zion Lutheran Church and School's Online Application. We have designed our online application process to make applying as simple as possible.
Instructions
Please complete the Online Application form.
After you have completed the application click Submit. A Online Payment/Donation form will appear. Please follow the instructions to submit your application fee payment (see below for amount).
$350 if paid before March 15
$450 if paid from March 16 to May 31
$500 if paid after May 31
Application Checklist
In order to complete the application process, please follow the checklist items listed below, including submission of all supplemental application forms. All supplemental forms must be downloaded and completed before admission will be considered.
- Submit completed Online Application and appropriate application fee
(see fee structure above)
- Forward Administrative Recommendation form to applicant's current school administrator
- Submit copies of previous academic records (report cards and standardized tests)
- Schedule the Wide Range Achievement Test with the Zion staff
- Schedule an interview with the principal
Decision Notification
The principal makes the decision on acceptance or denial of enrollment. If the application is accepted or denied the family will be notified.
Registration and Enrollment
After receiving acceptance notification, the family will then need to provide copies of the applicant's immunization records.
