Tuition & Fees Schedule 2012-13


All tuition and fees may be paid by credit card (via the school’s website under the “Zion Life” tab) or by check payable to:  Zion Lutheran School

 

REGISTRATION FEE – NON REFUNDABLE

 

Annually, the Board of Christian Education sets the registration fee.  The registration fee for the 2012-13 school year is $350 if paid in full before March 15, $450 if paid in full between March 16 and May 31, and $500 if paid in full after May 31.   The registration fee is non refundable and due at the time of re-enrollment / enrollment.

 

 

TUITION

 

All families are charged an annual tuition fee that is set by the Board of Christian Education.  Tuition is payable over 10 months (August – May) or 12 months (June – May).

PLEASE NOTE The actual cost to educate each student at Zion Lutheran School during the 2012-13 school year is over $5,800.00.  Through the efforts of the congregation, Zion Lutheran is able to provide a quality Christian education at a fair and reasonable price to the families of our surrounding communities.  With their generous giving and love for Christian education, members of Zion Lutheran Church are providing a reduced tuition rate for both member and community students.

         

SCHOOL BUS FEE

1st child                        $650 / year or 10 monthly payments of $65

2 or more                     $930 / year or 10 monthly payments of $93

3-day only                    $570 / year or 10 monthly payments of $57

3-day only (2 or more)   $850 / year or 10 monthly payments of $85

Per trip                         $3.00 /child

 

HOT LUNCH FEE

$3.00 per Lunch (milk included)         

2nd Entrée - $1.25

Adult Lunch - $3.25              

Additional Milk - $.50 each

 

AFTER SCHOOL CARE FEES  (School Days Only)

Monthly charges for 9 months

($15 discount per additional student for families with more than one child)

After school sports                $50/month

Daily Drop-in charges per child

3:15 – 4:15        $5/hour (if registered or not registered)

Early Dismissal Days (registered) – Advanced notice is requested

Late Pick-up Charge

3:15 – 5:00        Pick-ups after 5:00 p.m. will be charged $1/per every 15 minutes

3:15 – 6:00        Pick-ups after 6:00 p.m. will be charged $1/ per minute
